HOW TO REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER
Step 3 – Your Quote
After our discussions, we’ll send you a formal quote and a payment link. This quote is non-obligatory — if it’s not quite right for you, there’s no pressure to proceed.
Step 4 – Payment & Production
We’ll only begin making your custom order once payment has been received in full. As each piece is made to your specifications, custom orders are non-returnable. If there is a fault with your order, our team will review and reassess the item, However return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Step 1 – Fill Out the Form
Make sure your contact details are correct so we can get in touch. In the message section, describe your idea in as much detail as possible — for example: skirts, tops, trousers, jackets, sets, or an existing design from our website made in a different fabric or tailored to your measurements. This applies to both clothing and accessories.
Step 2 – Let’s Talk
Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange 2–3 Zoom calls (around 20 minutes each). These are the best way to discuss your ideas, refine the design, and confirm the details.
